Showerthoughts

Sometimes, when I’m feeling stuck writing the heavier, more personal parts of my story, my mind drifts. That’s when these Showerthoughts tend to surface.

They’re the odd little questions, curiosities, or reflections that bubble up — often things I used to wonder about when I was an active Jehovah’s Witness, or ideas sparked by something I read or heard. Some are just random tangents from my overthinking brain.

This new category is a space to let those thoughts breathe — a kind of creative pause that still feels connected to the bigger picture.

The first entry — about angelic materialization — turned into more of a deep-dive than I originally planned, but I’m sharing it anyway. Future Showerthoughts will probably be shorter. Probably.
